Contact UsYes! We are one of the few available embroidery shops that offer embroidery on apparel you already own. Delivery or drop off of the apparel would be required to get started on your order.
We do not cover the cost of shipping but will gladly organize shipment to have embroidery delivered to you. Currently we only ship within Canada.
There are many factors that affect the total price of embroidery such as the size, complexity, quantity, etc. We have a pricing estimate sheet available to provide an initial rough idea for you. To get an accurate quote we ask for you to get in contact with us.
Unfortunately at this time we do not accept credit cards of any type as a form of payment. We currently accept e-transfer and cash.
For fabrics, all most all types can be embroidered on, including leather. For location on the product, the area needs to be accessible for hooping, whether that be a zipper or an opening large enough to place on the embroidery machine.
Depending on the complexity, single piece orders would take 1-2 weeks to complete. Bulk orders depending on quantity, 2-3 weeks. These estimates do not include time for shipping and begin once a deposit is placed and the digitizing process begins.
